ARTËMER WHOLESALE POLICIES 2019
WHOLESALE PRICING:
We offer 50% off our retail pricing, plus the cost of shipping.
ORDERING:
- Opening order minimum: 4,000 USD.
- No minimum order is required for re-orders.
- You can submit your order through a simple chart. Please state quantity, item’s photo, ring size and gold color.
- Please email your wholesale orders to: tanya@artemerstudio.com
PAYMENT:
- Payment is due at the time you submit your order.
- We will send you an invoice when we have received your order.
- Payment is accepted through Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
- A processing fee of 1.5% will be applied to Credit Card transactions. No Extra fees for Bank Transfers.
- All transactions will be charged in USD.
- ARTËMER reserves the right to review the prices at any time.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
- Since our products are made to order, please allow for a production time of up to 4 weeks.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total.
- We ship by DHL insured second day shipping, at the rate of 50-90 USD (based on your order value).
- Shipping costs and duties are to be covered by the retailer.
- There’s a free trade agreement between USA and Israel, so there is NO additional Customs charges for retailers based in the USA.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective items. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
RESIZING:
- Resizing work can be performed by a company contact in New York, unless otherwise decided upon by ARTËMER.
- The resizing and shipping costs are to be covered by the retailer.
